Diet
Lifting weights is just one aspect of a healthy body. Diet is often considered to be more important than training. After all, a good body is made in the kitchen and not the gym.
Bani promotes healthy eating, including a heavy nutritious breakfast of Muesli, Protein Shake, and fruits. Good breakfast in the morning is essential for an energetic day. It prevents lethargy and keeps you focused for the whole day.
Consuming enough green vegetables is also important for your body to get the maximum nutrients. Beans. Beetroot, Broccoli, are all excellent sources of green leafy vegetables to help the body get vital nutrients.
Staying hydrated is another important and often overlooked factor. When the body doesn’t have sufficient water, it leads to the body getting tired and sick. Keeping yourself hydrated by drinking at least 3 liters of water a day is vital for a healthy lifestyle.
Bani is not a very strict eater, unlike many professional athletes; however, she makes a point to consume six meals a day with the meal times and portions divided to maximize the benefit.

However, Caffeine before a workout is a perfect pre-workout that energizes your body and alerts your mind. Working out is not just a physical process. Black Coffee is one of the best stimulants for a pre-workout.
- Protein-Protein and weight lifting are synonymous with each other. Protein is the basic element required in building muscle. A good intake of protein is around 1mg of protein per kg of your body weight. Consuming rich protein foods is essential to build muscles and have the energy to work hard. Some of the best protein sources are available in non-vegetarian food. However, vegetarian foods like Dals, Rajma, Broccoli are great sources of protein. Additionally, a whey protein shake is a perfect supplement to fulfill your protein needs more easily and cheaply.
- Breakfast: There’s a common saying. Eat Breakfast like a king, lunch like a worker, and dinner like a poor man. This statement isn’t to antagonize anyone but works as a metaphor to showcase the importance of a healthy breakfast. The first meal consumed in the morning works as a building block for your body since your body doesn’t have a meal during sleep for eight or more hours.
